Good afternoon parents and students,
The ceremonies that were held last Friday to celebrate the official School Opening were lovely. It was so very nice to hear the speeches and words of encouragement from the VIP’s present and Advisory Board members. The students were attentive and it was nice to see the smiles and the energy. This event also marked my introduction to NOIC as the incoming Principal. It is an honour to join NOIC and I look forward to contributing to the traditions of academic excellence and care that define this international school community.
Our school is unique in offering a rich blend of academic pathways that include the Ontario Secondary School Diploma, the International Baccalaureate (IB) and IGCSE and A levels. These programs open doors for our students around the world, while encouraging them to discover their unique strengths and passions.
Equally important is our culture of care. It is so very important that our students feel supported, known, and valued. I look forward to meeting you and working together in the months ahead to ensure that every child is inspired, attended to, and challenged each day.
All the very best.
Mark Lee, Ph.D.
Principal
