NOIC ACADEMY坐落于加拿大安大略省大多伦多地区万锦市，作为一所全日制、高端寄宿私立高中，学院于2004年正式开始提供安省高中课程（OSSD）。
于2015年3月正式获得国际文凭组织（IBO）授权成为IB国际文凭高中，提供国际文凭大学预科课程（IBDP) ，学院由加拿大安省教育部和国际文凭组织共同监管。

NOIC Academy在最近第二个五年的 IBDP 评估中获得了IB组织的高度肯定，再次确认了我们作为 IB 世界学校的地位。除了IB项目的成功外，我们在安大略省中学文凭（OSSD）方面也取得了巨大的成就。我们的最新一次检查于2024年1月完成，学校表现出色，因此教育部将我们的检查周期从标准的两年延长至三年，也就是三年免检，这表明了他们对我们机构运营卓越性的高度信任。
最终评估报告特别总结了我校的IBDP项目实施成果，认为“学校实施的项目与IB的标准和实践紧密一致。”
在近十年的IBDP实施过程中，我们既培养了一批又一批优秀的IB毕业生，同时也建设了一支高质量的管理和师资队伍。这些做法和成果与IB组织优质国际教育的目标相契合，也为我们的毕业生提供了“走向全球”的坚实基础。
