Tim Yawney has eighteen years of educational leadership experience as a Department Head, Vice Principal, Principal and Assistant Superintendent of Education. Committed to educational leadership, he completed the Executive Leadership Program at University of Toronto Rotman School of Management and holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership. Tim is a creator and builder of unique student programming. He has founded numerous curricular and extracurricular programs including a Global Learning Certificate program. He is a believer in the ability and potential of all students, passionate about student leadership and engagement, and an open-minded lifelong learner committed to a culture of academic excellence.

Jeffrey Beard is an innovative and results-oriented CEO with 22 years of international experience across six countries in both the profit and not-for-profit sectors. Mr. Beard was the Director General of the International Baccalaureate (IB) for eight years (Jan. 2006- Jan. 2014), leading the not-for-profit educational organization as it grew into one of the fastest growing and most respected international education curricula across the world. The IB programs are taught in almost 5000 schools across the world, with almost 1.5 million students registered each year. Mr. Beard is a recognized leader in international education and with proven leadership and management ability.

Tony Little has worked as a boarding housemaster and been head of three schools with a boarding dimension. He has been a head teacher for 26 years, successively at Chigwell School (from 1989), Oakham School(from 1996) and Eton College (from 2002-2015). Over the years he has been a governor of 9 secondary schools, both state and independent, as well as 6 primary/prep schools.

Andy J Krawczyk has worked in public education in BC for 36 years and once the Principal of Sir Winston Churchill Secondary,. Vancouver BC. He has been a member of IB’s (International Baccalaureate) International Heads’ Council, as well as serving on the IBO Board, as a member of their Finance Committee, and has worked with the IB in numerous capacities including as a workshop provider, school consultant and verification team member, as well as Project Manager on various initiatives in Educational leadership.

Former CEO of the York School, Catholic Principals’ Council Ontario (CPCO) Principal of the Year (2002). Ezio Crescenzi retired from the Dufferin-Peel Catholic School Board in 2006, shortly after he was awarded the Catholic Principal of the Year award by the Catholic Principals Council of Ontario. Ezio has been principal in Canadian public and private schools for over 30 years.
