Main Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and equipment and keep inventory orders and adequate stock levels
- Manage and promote a safe and welcoming work environment
- Manage and supervise the work from service providers such as cleaning, repair, and maintenance service
- Establish administrative controls and coordinate the work of divisions or departments
- Deal with campus emergencies and involve into trouble shooting
- Developing and coordinate school events
- Oversee Property Management and Residence Team
- Analyze developing opportunities to increase efficiency and productivity across all processes while remaining consistent with school policies
- Develop and implement communication strategies and materials that support the whole organization in working smooth and efficiency
- Acting as the liaison between employees and their managers, staff coaching, motivation and progressive discipline
Qualifications
- A university degree in business management or a related field
- 5 years of management experience, ideally gained in the field of education
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills; superb ability to establish credibility with and influence partners
- Ability to resolve problems using facts and sound reasoning
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- English and Mandarin are required
