Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies and equipment and keep inventory orders and adequate stock levels
  • Manage and promote a safe and welcoming work environment
  • Manage and supervise the work from service providers such as cleaning, repair, and maintenance service
  • Establish administrative controls and coordinate the work of divisions or departments
  • Deal with campus emergencies and involve into trouble shooting
  • Developing and coordinate school events
  • Oversee Property Management and Residence Team
  • Analyze developing opportunities to increase efficiency and productivity across all processes while remaining consistent with school policies 
  • Develop and implement communication strategies and materials that support the whole organization in working smooth and efficiency
  • Acting as the liaison between employees and their managers, staff coaching, motivation and progressive discipline


  • A university degree in business management or a related field
  • 5 years of management experience, ideally gained in the field of education
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills; superb ability to establish credibility with and influence partners
  • Ability to resolve problems using facts and sound reasoning
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • English and Mandarin are required
